We believe part of our work should give back to organisations that genuinely change something. That's why we dedicate a percentage of our time each year to NGOs — through pro bono or reduced-rate services.
Why we work with NGOs
Most non-profits in Greece operate with limited resources, volunteer teams, and technology that doesn't support them. At the same time, the impact they can have is disproportionately large when their brand, website, and digital tools actually work.
We're not a charity studio. But we're an agency that believes our expertise has value beyond commercial engagements.
What we offer
Pro bono services
We pick 1–2 NGOs per year for fully pro bono work. Typically this is a rebrand, a new website, or AI tooling for a specific programme.

For NGOs on a tight budget, we offer 50% off our standard rates. For example — branding that costs €1,800 becomes €900; a website that costs €4,500 becomes €2,250.

How we choose
- Legal status — the NGO must be legally registered (ΓΕΜΗ / court registration in Greece, equivalent abroad).

- Ready team — someone on your side who'll own the partnership.
- Values alignment — we don't work with organisations that have a political or religious agenda.

- A short description of what you do (2–3 paragraphs)

We reply to every message — typically within 48 business hours. If we can't take it on right away, we'll say so clearly and suggest alternatives.

FAQ
Can I apply if I run a non-profit civil company (AMKE)?
Yes. We work with associations, foundations, AMKEs, and social cooperative enterprises (KοινΣΕπ) — as long as the purpose is non-profit and documented.
How long does the partnership last?
From single projects (brand/site) to multi-year ongoing partnerships. We agree this up front.
Do you put your name on our website?
No, unless you want to. The design is yours — "designed by Symbols" is not required.
What about ongoing costs (hosting, domains)?
For pro bono partnerships, we cover hosting for the first year. After that, we continue at our reduced-rate hosting plans (€10/month instead of €25 standard).
Can I apply with no budget at all?
Yes — that's exactly what the pro bono programme is for. We pick based on impact and values alignment, not budget.
