Why do you publish your pricing?
Because it's the same for everyone. We don't negotiate per client — fixed pricing is part of the trust relationship. For custom scope, you get a fixed quote within 24 hours.
How does payment work?
50% deposit on signing, 50% on launch. For projects > €10,000 we can structure three instalments (40/40/20). Bank transfer, debit, credit, or Stripe.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. We're a legal entity in Greece. All payments produce an invoice via MyData (Greek tax authority).
What is included in the prices?
All the deliverables listed in the tier. No "surprise" charges. If something extra is needed mid-project, we agree on it in writing first.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes — for web development: if we don't hit 95+ PSI mobile within 30 days of launch, we refund the full amount. For branding: if you're not happy after the two revision rounds, we refund the 50% deposit.
